WHO IS TETHYSKORE?

I'm Tiffany, better known as Tethys online. I am a primarily self-taught, independent artist with an interest in character design, comics, and animation. I am proficient in digital artwork along with some experience in traditional mediums as well. My tool of choice is Clip Studio Paint!I have been drawing ever since I could pick up a crayon. I've always had a fascination with animated works and sequential art for as long as I could remember. Early influences were classic Disney movies such as The Lion King and many video games of the 90s. As I got older, my blossoming love of anime and growing interest in the gaming scene helped shape the artistic style I've honed today. From Phantasy Star, Monster Hunter, WipeOut (Psygnosis!), to so many others, they've all left an impact on me creatively.My creative philosophy lies strongly in "less is more." I strive for easy to replicate designs that rely more on small accents and personality through motion that pop with vibrant color schemes. Some of my favorite personal works incorporate limited color palettes as well, utilizing only one or two accent colors.My dream is to tell my own stories through comics or contribute to character designs of future video games. I'd be honored to work on an animation project as well.I currently live in the midwest US and enjoy the company of a goofy little orange cat.
